Case
Management
Provides primary
case management and client advocacy services to eligible individuals and families who need assistance in accessing medical
care or social supportive services. Services include information and referral, ongoing case monitoring, and referrals to services
such as medical care, dental care, mental health and substance abuse counseling, food bank, transportation, financial assistance,
health insurance and medication assistance, housing, legal assistance, and adjunctive care.
Eligibility
requirements: HIV+, meets income requirements, and reside in the San Antonio EMA/HSDA

Call or walk in for an intake screening.

Computer
Lab
Provides a
comprehensive computer lab for clients that offers Internet access, email, and word processing. For those needing computer
instruction, AARC offers computer training classes on a scheduled basis for individuals or groups.

Food Pantry
Provides a
bi-weekly food pantry for individuals who are HIV+. Food Pantry menus are coordinated with the Ryan White Title I Dietitian.

Greater
San Antonio Housing Works Project
Provides a
simple and fast search process via the Internet to assist individuals and families in locating affordable, subsidized, or
special needs housing. Housing Case Management services are also available to clients in transitional housing or those who
are in need of additional assistance in locating long-term, affordable housing.
