Primary Medical Care

Program provides primary medical care, HIV testing, prescription drugs, dietitian services, medical case management, counseling, and outpatient psychiatric services to adults with HIV/AIDS.

 

Eligibility requirements: Program is open to all persons with HIV/AIDS in need of primary care services. Children, pregnant women and persons in need of specialty services are referred to other programs.

Fees: No fees for patients at or below 125% of the federal poverty level. Fees are charged on a sliding scale basis for all patients at 125% - 200% of the federal poverty line. Patients may also qualify for assistance with program fees through entry into one or more assistance programs, such as Ryan White Title I or AIDS Drug Assistance Program.

Intake procedure: Call for appointment.

Languages: English and Spanish. Interpreter services available for other languages, including American Sign Language.
