Provides Primary HIV medical services, social services, case management and client advocacy, housing, dental
care and acupuncture for those who qualify.
Eligibility requirements: All veterans and non-veterans who qualify for Ryan White Services (based on funding availability)
Fees: For Veterans, fees are based on primary means test. No fees for Ryan White eligible individuals.
Intake procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Languages: English and Spanish

Required documents: Veterans—VA ID Card. Ryan White funded Non-Veterans—Social Security Card and ID.
