General Overview
Provides primary medical care, specialty referrals, psychiatry, mental health and substance abuse services, medical
case management, nutritionist/dietitian services, and other critical health care needs for people with HIV/AIDS.
Eligibility requirements: HIV+ adult, adolescent or child (through South Texas Family AIDS Network) and resident of
service area
Fees: Sliding Scale per CARELINK program
Intake procedure: Through HIV Care Coordinators and Case Management affiliation. Call for an appointment.
Languages: English and Spanish. Interpreter services available for other languages.
Service Area Description: San Antonio EMA/HSDA, Victoria HSDA, Corpus Christi HSDA, & Uvalde USDA
Required documents: Proof of positivity, proof of residency and proof of income.
