ARIES is a new computer database developed to enhance
services to HIV clients by assisting Service Providers to automate, manage, and report client data.
THE WAY IT WORKS......
Each Ryan White eligible person is assigned a unique number composed of their own personal identifying information [not a
universal bar code]. Your own case manager must refer you to other agencies. A signed consent form must be on file with your
agency.
Case Managers can provide more information.
Each
person will need a letter of diagnosis or proof of positivity. Registration is only once, with periodic updates. There will
be quicker access to services, referrals for additional services will be easier. Everyone will receive better care and providers
will have a better overall picture of the services every client receives.
