Provides pre– and post-test counseling, anonymous and confidential

HIV antibody testing, case management services, early intervention/risk reduction presentations, support groups, transportation services, insurance premium assistance, physician co-pay assistance, assistance with medical equipment, and partial payments for a variety of services based upon the client’s needs.

 

Eligibility requirements: Adult male and female individuals diagnosed as chemically dependant who are medically indigent and reside in Region 8.
